Trivias about Fixation

* I would like to give it a title "Obsession" but it's not catchy enough and basically, it may be a common word. So I did a short trip to the translator. The first title I'd given this story is Idée fixe, from French meaning Idea Fixation. It's a psychological disorder. When I posted the story on Wattpad, I dropped 'Idea' and just wrote 'Fixation'.

* Kay is a suggested name from one of my favorite girls in FB. Hindi ko alam at hindi ko pa naitatanong sa kanya kung paano pinopronounce ang Kay. Is it 'Kai' or 'Kei'? At kapag pinagsama ang initials nina Kay at Leighton, iyon ang alias niya. KL.

* Kapag may nagustuhan akong name, sinasambit ko iyon maya't maya na ako lang ang nakakarinig. Lol. (Nangyari na ito dati kay Hio). Pero ang idea ng name ni Leighton ay mula kay Leighton Meester (a girl, hehe!) Pero natuwa ako nang Puwede kong chop-chopin ang name niya. Lei, Eight, at Ton. I liked Eight. I liked the idea of giving my character a name of a number.

* How the hell did I come up with the name Meir? Habang nagsusulat, nag-iisip ako ng name. I was like 'Murmurmurmur' hanggang sa naisulat ko ang Meir. XD

* Morris' name was inspired from Alanis Morissette na nasa playlist ko. Felix' name was inspired from PewDiePie's real name, Crane was inspired from the surname of the protagonist in a zombie game Dying Light, and Juno, pinaglaban ko ang name na Juno dahil originally, pambabaeng pangalan ang Juno :) a Roman goddess.

* The first concept of Fixation was inspired from Michelle Branch's music video of her song 'Everywhere' kung saan nag-i-scope siya sa isang guy from the other building. Nakaka-inspire din ang lyrics.

This is my first character concept na ginawa ko ring book cover ko sa Wattpad. As you can see from the dates, nagbabago ako ng style from time to time so... anyway, the color of their hair and eyes are suggested by another of my favorite girl (sorry not sorry for my favoritism).

Tada! After few months, ito na ang drawing style ko. I don't know if I liked Leighton here, he's a bit mature. But I really like him to look more mature than Kay even if their ages told us otherwise.
